Users and Roles
In Settings → Users, you can view the list of active users who have access to manage the platform.
From this section, you can add, edit, and delete users.
Adding a New User
To create a new user:
- Click “Add New User.”
- Complete the required fields:
- Name
- Role (Admin or Super Admin)
- Status
- Click Save.
Once the user is created, an invitation email will be sent automatically.
The user will need to accept the invitation and set up their password.
After completing this step, they will be able to log in and access the platform.
There are two types of users:
- Admin – Can manage day-to-day operations within the platform.
- Super Admin – Has full access, including general account configuration.
